Customized Benefit Proposals

After meeting with the decioin maker of the organization, we will determine the best path forward. Once we have identified which of our carrier partners can fulfill each part of our client's benefits needs, then we will create a detailed proposal outlining each benefit offering and the cost associated with it. We will then give our expert advice as to how the benefits offerings should be structured, and based on the financial dispositiion of the employer, suggest what percentages, if any, of the benefits cost, the employer should contribute.
